Our Secret Paws Revealed

Hey guys! Ernie here. I hope you all had a great Christmas. We sure did.

Me and Zoey opened our Secret Paws package on Christmas morning. For those of you not familiar with Secret Paws, it’s the pet version of the humans’ Secret Santa…a holiday gift exchange where we’re anonymously matched up with another cat blogger. Secret Paws is organized by Truffle and Brulee and their Mom Paula from Sweet Purrfections. We’ve pawticipated in Secret Paws since it began. It’s one of the most fun events of the year and we wouldn’t miss it!

We were excited to see that our Secret Paws were our pals Savannah, Sage and Katie from Savannah’s Paw Tracks. And they were SO generous!

This box was chocked full of presents! And when all those pretty packages were opened, we weren’t disappointed.

We mentioned that we love Yeowww catnip toys…and they sent us a bunch of them! A candy cane, a Christmas tree, a stocking, crayons, a rainbow (with added Katie spit…thanks for that!). We also got some catnip mousies, a container filled with Meowijuana catnip and two bags of treats.

I immediately claimed the Yeowww candy cane as my own. It smelled way more like nip than peppermint.

Even the mom got some gifts including a couple of cool cat-themed dish towels.

Zoey took possession of the Yeoww catnip Christmas tree. She wouldn’t give it up for nothing. Here’s a short video of her licking it to death.

Thank you, Savannah, Sage and Katie…and Mom Linda…for all the terrific Secret Paws presents! Even the wrapping paper was entertaining.

And thank you to Mom Paula for organizing this fun event again! It really is one of the highlights of the holiday season.
