Feline Five-Minute Focaccia

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We’re going to take FOCACCIA?  Oh, boy…olive oil to lick off my paws!

Well, not really 5-minute and not made with kitties, just doing a little alliteration there, but that’s about all it takes to stir up the dough and (after the 30-minute rise during which you can do lots of other things) form the focaccia.  The focaccia takes only 10 minutes to bake.
