San Antonio’s Animal Defense League’s adoptable pets got to take a walk on the wild side at the San Antonio Zoo! Both organizations saw a loss of revenue and fundraising support over the summer due to COVID19. To raise interest, they organized this trip as a way to promote both the Zoo and adoptable pets. San Antonio Zoo experiences ‘quarantine baby boom’ According to the San Antonio Zoo, both organizations have been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in a devastating decrease in revenue streams and fundraising support.
