Litter-Robot Video: How the Litter-Robot 3 Works: A Quick Video for Cat Sitters
In the fall, when I was away for the weekend, coaching field hockey, I had a cat sitter check on my Ragdoll cats, Charlie and Trigg. As you guys know, we have two Litter Robot IIIs – a Grey and a Bisque Litter Robot III.
…but as you also know, we have 5 litter boxes – the two LR IIIs were just two of those 5 and thank goodness they were! Although I had told my cat sitter it wasn’t necessary to touch the LR IIIs – in an effort to try and be helpful, she pressed the “Empty” button on the side of the Litter-Robot, which consequently, emptied out the entire contents of the litter that was in there, leaving the globe in the empty position and therefore making the Litter-Robot unusable.
When I got home, I found it like this:
As you can see, the globe is turned upside down from the cycling and there is no where for the cats to do their business. Had I not had my other litterboxes, there could have been a lot of clean-up for me!
So I thought it would be a good idea to do a quick video to show cat sitters how a Litter-Robot works or if you have a LR III and will be going out of town for Spring Break, maybe this video will be helpful for you to show your pet sitter.
In this video, I show you how the Litter-Robot 3 Open Air works and what the buttons on the machine do.
