Papa, what’s a mush-room?  It sounds like a place where you make a big mess.  Or keep the breakfast cereal, haha.

Well, once again we are benefitting from the incredible fungi (mushrooms in Italian) that our neighbor, Jean, grows on a big log in his garden! They are called les pholiotes de peuplier, the Black Poplar mushroom in English.
