What Holds Us Together is the story of a tabby named Luna on a mission to help her family overcome the grief after losing their husband and father.

I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading the description, but found that the story drew me in pretty quickly. Written from both Annika and Luna’s point of view, this is an emotional book about a grieving family, but it’s not depressing. It’s a tender story with some unique plot twists, written with great sensitivity. Luna’s character is delightful.

Even though this book is partially written in a cat’s voice, it’s not your typical cat book, but if you enjoy women’s fiction, you will like this novel.
