The Kitty Vulture

Although my human rarely uses the couch to watch TV, she does have other uses for it. She naps on it, reads books on it, and works on Instagram posts on it. (So much nicer than sitting at a desk, messing with the phone.) Obviously, she is in great need of supervision when she does any of these things, so I’m usually on the high armrest, keeping an eye on her.

Sometimes I have to go in for closer examination. Although she complains if I put my paws on her forehead.

For some reason, my human calls this my kitty vulture pose. I don’t think that’s very flattering, do you?

Here is a right-side up photo of me in my spot. Just so you can get an idea of where I am. My human’s head is usually on the pillow behind me.
