Fireplace Selfies

My human wanted to show someone a photo of our living room fireplace. There was only one problem: there were a bunch of cat toys in front of it! So she had to clear all of them away to get a good photo.

Of course, she still had The Cat in front of it! You can probably see why she wanted to get a photo. It’s a pretty unique fireplace, with the one pillar. Like most fireplaces in Los Angeles, it doesn’t work — it was damaged in one of the earthquakes before my human moved in, and can’t be repaired.

I decided I wanted to take this week’s selfie here — and I wanted to get the pillar in the background.

That was quick and easy!
