Secret Paws Fun!

Hi guys! It’s me…Ernie. Even though things have been kinda busy here on the island with us packing up and moving soon, we still managed to pawticipated in Secret Paws this year. For those of you not familiar with Secret Paws, it’s a secret holiday gift exchange where we’re anonymously matched up with another cat blogger.

Secret Paws is organized by Truffle and Brulee and their Mom Paula from Sweet Purrfections. We’ve pawticipated in Secret Paws since its inception. It’s one of the most fun events of the year and we wouldn’t miss it!

This year we were SO excited to see that our Secret Paws were those hilarious kitties from Hairballs & Hissyfits! Zulu, Amarula and Frodo live in Canada, and they sent us a variety of toys and treats all made there. Just look at all the stuff we got!

This featherbutt mousie made me really crazypants. I couldn’t stop playing with it.

Wally had fun putting the bitey on one of the catnip mousies.

Zoey is the treat connoisseur around here. She tried the My Mighty Lion treats and said they were mighty tasty!

There even were presents for the peeps…a pair of gloves with the Canadian Maple Leaf on them for the mom…and a pair of socks for the dad…though the mom said she might keep them for herself.

But the best thing we got, in my opinion, was this red tote bag. It made the purrfect bed for me. I laid on it for hours…seriously!

Thank you, Zulu, Amarula and Frodo…and your mom Sandra…for all the fun Secret Paws presents! We  you guys!

And thank you to Mom Paula for organizing this fun event again! It really is one of the highlights of the holiday season.
