My New Toys

I’ll tell you how the cat show went later, but for now I will tell you that my human got me some new toys while we were there! Sure, my zombie toy and the toy I recently picked out are nice. But she wanted to replace one of the other toys that have worn out because it worked well for my photo shoots. Then she saw a Christmas themed toy that she liked… and then the vendor showed her another toy that she thought would also be good for photo shoots. At least they were all inexpensive! I’ll show them to you one by one.

This is the one that’s replacing an old toy. All the sparkly strands started falling off the old one. This one is fresh and new and should last a while.

I really like this one! Don’t worry about all the sparkly strands — my human hides toys like these really well to make sure I don’t eat them. I hope your human does the same thing with any toys that have strings or long, sparkly strands.

My human wasn’t sure if I would like the Christmas cat toy, actually. She just got it because it was festive. But it was a big hit with me right away!

This is the toy my human got talked into. When it flaps it’s pretty noisy, and she thought it would be good to grab my attention when I get distracted during a photo shoot.

It’s also satisfyingly bitable! These toys are meant mainly for my photo shoots. (I have others for regular playtime.) They are supposed to keep up my energy, get my attention, and just make these photo sessions extra fun for me.

I’m not so sure they work, though — all this playing made me kind of wild eyed!
