Kedi – a Documentary about Cats in Turkey

I was told about the Turkish cat documentary months ago, but didn’t sit down to buy and watch it until last night.  It was most excellent, so I wanted to share it with you all in case you’re looking for something heart warming and entertaining to watch.

Kedi, is a documentary on Amazon and also on YouTube, that follows the lives of several cats that roam the metropolis of Istanbul freely.

In Istanbul, cats are the mirrors to the people, allowing them to reflect on their lives in ways nothing else could.

It’s in Turkish with subtitles.

Produced by Ceyda Torun and Charlie Wuppermann
Directed by Ceyda Torun

It’s $3.99 on Amazon to rent it and $9.99 to buy it.
