You Can Still Get Beer From These Dog-Friendly Twin Cities Breweries During the Pandemic

Pros of social distancing: your coworker’s the cutest and you don’t have to wear pants. Con: one of you keeps begging to get out of the house (somewhere, anywhere) and it isn’t your pooch.

If you’re in need of a little pandemic pick-me-up, hop in the car with your woofer to grab a beer or some grub from one of these dog-friendly Twin Cities breweries. (Starred breweries are on our pupcoming Summer Dog-Friendly Brewery Pass, too.) These places have welcomed your pup for years and now’s the time to return the ruv.

Alloy Brewing Company’s growlers, snacks, and merch are online for curbside pick-up. Sunday Funday special: From noon to 8 p.m., get select growlers filled for $15.

The cleanest fun: Bent Brewstillery—Minnesota’s first brewstillery—is offering a free 3 oz. bottle of its house-made hand sanitizer with every $20 to-go purchase. What’s more classic than pizza and beer? Get both at the curb at Day Block Brewing. Order a $10 growler and a ‘za online. Pooch wants the pupperoni.

Eastlake Craft Brewery offers free same-day delivery if you order before noon. You can also schedule next-day delivery or fetch your order curbside. Bonus: If your two-legged pack is feeling peckish, add a custom, bake-at-home pizza from dog-loving Jakeeno’s to your order.

Forgotten Star Brewing Co is taking curbside orders in advance via email or phone. Not sure what you want? Peruse the crowler menu posted outside the taproom, and then snap a pic with your stash and tag another business you ruv and you’ll be entered to win a $25 gift card.
