My Treat Bucket Trick
If you remember the last photo from yesterday’s post, I had my front paws in the treat bucket. That is actually a hard thing for lots of kitties to do! It does not feel natural at all. In fact, the only way I would put my paws in that bucket was with a quick training session. (I’ve also done it with an empty food bowl, for an ad — more on that in a future post.) Can you guess how my human started me off?
With a treat of course! Around here it’s not “trick or treat,” it’s tricks for treats!
She let me play around the treat bucket for a while, because these sessions should always be fun. But she also made it clear that I would get treats when I put my paws in the bucket.
So I did! It didn’t take too long, since I’ve done paw placement poses before. And my human never asks me to do it for very long because it is not the most comfortable thing to do. But really, I am happy to pose.
So there is my treat bucket trick! I have lots of fun learning to do these simple things for photos.
It’s late in the season for this, but I did put the photo on a notebook and card!
