I should really say, Fry-Day, haha, because we’re having fish rolled in cornmeal and sauteed in olive oil…num num. (Can’t find accents for foreign languages on this WordPress app, where are they?)
Actually I think mama has liberated some frozen scallops, whatever they are, and might slice a few sweet onions to crisp in the oven, as they go nicely with this dish. I just love crispy …
