Well, mama is a bit perturbed right now because her beloved “acquired” chickies, who come running when they see her now, thinking dinner will be served (!), have gotten finicky.  They’ll  only eat pasta with olive oil, not plain!  And they won’t touch cooked lentils but adore polenta with parmesan.

Jeez.
