What I Saw on My Pet Store Trip

It has been a while since I got to go to the pet store. And this trip was extra fun because I saw some things I don’t usually.

Like these guys! Usually when I’m outside in my sling, I’m curled up and not watching much. But this time I did a double take because there were a bunch more in addition to these two.

Then inside the pet shop, I saw this guy! At first he was fascinated by me. His human assured mine that he was fine with cats, but she still didn’t let me get close to him. It’s just safer to socially distance from other critters that we don’t know.

I also had fun hanging out in the cat toy section!

Since the dog and his human had checked out, I also went over to check out the dog treats.

Is it just me, or do dogs get the better treats? Ours just look like bigger kibble chunks usually, and dogs get all these cool, fun textures and combinations.

Best of all, I got to be petted by the staff! And they didn’t even mind that I tried to put my face into the box of catnip Barnyard Buddy toys behind me. It was a great trip!
