Going Off-Road, At Least a Little!

Even though the whole weekend was gray and overcast, it wasn’t too cold, so I got to go out back for a while. And of course my human used the opportunity to take photos.

She took some nice close ups of me. I was patient (mostly) and let her.

This time, my human even let me go off-road for a while! Usually she makes me stay on the concrete pathways. It’s on a steep grade and she doesn’t want me (or herself) to go tumbling down the hill.

Of course I wanted to go farther but my human said not this time. I was making lots of happy paws in the dirt.

I even made happy paws on the rocks!

Then, instead of going back up to the patio right away, I jumped on the little wall near the wooden steps.

Frankly, I could have stayed out longer but my human wanted to go back inside.
