Researchers at Iowa State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine are searching for pet owners who have cared for a cat or dog with congestive heart failure (CHF) within the past 10 years to participate in a survey.

The goal is to better understand the pet owners’ experiences to help improve patient care and provide support for other owners. To access the survey online, visit iastate.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3f8l8BiEIjhNbi5. For a paper survey, email chfsurvey@iastate.edu (put “CHF Survey — Paper” in the subject line) or call 515- 294-7292. After completing the survey, participants may enter a drawing for a chance to win a $99 gift card.
